Friday, 12:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday, 10:00am-7:00pm
Sunday, 10:00am-5:00pm

*Box Office closes 1 hour prior to the end of the Expo each day.  The best hours to attend the Expo for ease of parking and smaller crowds is in the late afternoon.

Directions, Transportation and Parking

Where is the World Trade Center located?

The Seaport World Trade Center is located in Boston’s Seaport District at 200 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA 02210.

How do I get there?

Where can I park?

Visit our Directions & Parking page for a list of nearby parking lots.  You can also park in the Seaport Hotel garage.  Contact the Seaport World Trade Center, (617) 385-5000, for more information.

How much does parking cost?

Parking rates can also be found on our Directions & Parking page.  For rate details for the Seaport Hotel garage, call (617) 385-5000.  Please keep in mind that the Show is held at the World Trade Center, which has no parking facilities. The Show only rents the space from the building and therefore has no influence or control over prices, rules, and regulations regarding parking in and around the World Trade Center.

Where is the nearest EV charging station?

The Seaport Hotel (1 Seaport Ln, Boston, MA 02210), conveniently located across the street from the Seaport World Trade Center.  Please visit the U.S. Department of Energy to search for local charging stations.


How much do tickets cost?

Tickets are $14 for adults and $12 for Seniors (65+) with ID. Children 12 and under are free!

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online or at the door.

Are group tickets available?

Yes, group tickets are available for groups of twenty (20) or more, at a discounted rate. Please contact Peg Rose at 781-343-1809.

Can I get a refund?

No, all sales are final and nonrefundable.

Will tickets sell out on site?

No, tickets will never sell out on site.

Can I buy tickets online?

Yes! Adult tickets can be purchased online. We encourage you to buy your ticket in advance so you don’t have to wait in line.

Can I buy tickets on my mobile phone or device?

Yes, tickets may be purchased using mobile devices. As long as the bar code is visible on the mobile device, our scanners can scan it, and you do not need to print your ticket.

Do you take credit or debit cards on site?

Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards may be used to purchase tickets at the door. We do not accept Discover or debit cards.  Please be aware, some vendors and food stations may not be capable of credit card sales.  There is an ATM located in the main entrance of the Seaport World Trade Center.

General Questions

Is the Expo open to the general public?

Yes, the Expo is a public event. The public Expo dates are February 28 – March 1, 2020.

Weapons of any type, functional or non-functional, such as firearms, swords, knives, maze, Tasers, ammunition etc. are strictly prohibited within the Seaport World Trade Center. The Seaport World Trade Center strictly prohibits all persons from carrying a handgun, firearm, or prohibited weapon of any kind while on Seaport World Trade Center property, regardless of whether the person is licensed. Outside alcohol is prohibited as well as drugs of any kind.

How can I contact Expo management on site?

Expo management will be located in the Show Office during the Show, 617-385-4900.

Are wheelchairs available at the Expo?

No, there are no wheelchairs available at the Expo.  You must bring your own.

Help! I’ve lost my party.

Please arrange a meeting place before entering the Show.  There will be no paging.

Is there a first aid station/nurse on duty at the Expo?

No, there is no first aid station at the Expo, however, an EMT is on hand for medical emergencies as part of Expo security staffing.

Is there a coat and/or package check at the Expo?

Yes, there is a coat and package check located on the show floor.

Are strollers available at the Expo?

Strollers are welcome at the Expo, but you must bring your own. There are none available to rent.

Is video and photo equipment permitted on the show floor?

Yes! We encourage you to take photos and videos of you and your friends at the Expo. Photography equipment, including tripods, is welcome. Of course, we ask that you do your best not to interfere with anyone’s enjoyment of the Expo while you line up that perfect shot. So the lighting tent would be best left at home.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, the lost and found is located at the on-site Show Office. Once the Expo has ended, all unclaimed items will be turned over to building security.  Please contact the Seaport World Trade Center, (617) 385-5000, for more information.

Is food available at the Expo?

Yes, the 19th Hole concession stand is the perfect place to relax and enjoy snacks and beverages (including alcohol). There are also many eat in and take away restaurants around the World Trade Center.  Click here for a listing of South Boston Waterfront restaurants.  Please keep in mind that the Expo is held at the World Trade Center and the building dictates all prices and rules regarding food. The Expo only rents the space from the building and therefore has no influence or control over prices, rules, and regulations regarding food in and around the World Trade Center.

May I bring food and drinks into the Expo?

Yes, you may bring bottled beverages and small snacks into the Expo. Setting up a four-course meal on the show floor, however, would be frowned upon. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the Expo.  No alcohol may be brought in from off site.

Can I leave the Expo and come back later?

Yes, you may leave the Expo and return on the same day. Make sure you get your hand stamped upon exit in order to be allowed re-entry. Your admission is only valid for one day. If you wish to leave the Expo and return another day, you must purchase a new ticket.

Are pets allowed at the Expo?

Assistance dogs are allowed, family pets are not.  If your assistance animal is more exotic than a dog (monkeys, birds, reptiles, etc.) please call show management.  Dragons and unicorns are welcome.

What was Expo attendance last year?

Expo management does not release attendance figures.

Note: As a public event, media, patrons and the public itself will be taking photos and video.  By purchasing a ticket, you are granting permission for your likeness to be used in Expo representation.  Show management reserves the right to remove anyone it deems to be disruptive or an obstruction to the full experience of the event as it was intended. Any unauthorized solicitation is prohibited.
